The Girl Who Played With Fire: Introduction

The girl who played with fire is the second part of the Millenium trilogy by Steig Larsson. I have already read the first part: The girl with the dragon tattoo; it is a very interesting mystery novel that takes place in sweden which narrates the story of Lisbeth Salander (a lonely girl who has been through a lot of tough moments that makes her now an introverted, cold and tough girl) and Mikael Blomkvist (a tenacious journalist who was sued for exposing financial fraud of a big company) and how they work together to find the mystery of Harriet Vanger (a girl who has being missing for 36 years, nobody knows anything about her, but not even the body was found, so his grandfather still has the hope that Harriet is still alive). So while Lisbeth and Mikael have to work together to solve this family mystery they carry a really good friendship, although they feel a big attraction for each other.
